Mattress Composition
In addition to prices and sizes, you can search by mattress structure, choosing from the following:
- Open Coil Springs: The most common type of mattress, it uses interconnected coils that move together.

Ordering & Shipping
All mattresses are shipped free of charge to mainland UK. Next Working Day (Monday to Friday) costs £15, while Saturday Delivery will set you back £35. There are additional options for Specific Day Delivery (£20) and for 2-Man Delivery (£40).
The latter is essential if you don’t live on the ground floor and want the mattress delivered direct to your bedroom, otherwise, it will simply be delivered to your door on the ground floor.
Customer Support
The Happy Beds customer support team is very helpful. Getting through to them can seem like a bit of a chore initially, as you’ll need to go through the FAQ and then use a contact form. But you can skip all this by selecting the “Contact Information” tab at the bottom. This will display the site’s email and phone number, open from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday and from 9 am to 4 pm on Saturday.
