Mattress Composition
The Ergoflex 5G consists of 5 layers, all combining to create a product that is supportive yet comfortable; natural yet breathable. These layers are:
- TENCEL: A luxurious and breathable outer layer to provide a deluxe finish.
- Protective Inner: An additional cover that protects the inner core.
- Visco-Elastic Memory Foam: A 9cm layer of high-density memory foam to shape and support.
- Cool Sleep Airflow: A 5cm layer that promotes airflow and keeps you cool.
- Resilient Foam Base: A strong, supportive, and durable base.
Feel & Firmness
Soft, cozy, and supportive—the Ergoflex 5G is ergonomic, has zero motion transfer, and relieves pressure. It’s hypo-allergenic, luxurious, and ideal for sleepers who get hot throughout the night or sleep next to fidgety partners.
It also claims to help sufferers of back pain, joint issues, and circulation problems, with a base that works for most sleepers. However, while this is certainly true for the majority, it may be too firm for those used to super-soft mattresses.
Ordering & Shipping
Fast and free shipping is available at Ergoflex and most mattresses are delivered the next working day. Saturday deliveries are also available for a charge of £35. However, all of this only applies to specific regions and times, and Ergoflex notes that delays may occur during busy and problematic periods, as was the case throughout the first half of 2020.
Pillows and mattress protectors can be added to all orders and a free collection/returns service is provided along with the brand’s 30-day risk-free trial.
Customer Support
Ergoflex is a proudly independent company and is devoted to its customers, with a fast, professional, and friendly support team that can be reached by phone, email, or via the site’s contact form.
